Hydration and Mind over Matter
Hydrate yourself with water. Omit copious quantities of juices, aerated drinks, or alcohol during or after meals. Water in between meals is not good either. If you drink a glass of warm water before your meal, you will not pile up the plate.
The tummy piles on fat ever so fast; therefore, toning the abs takes time and considerable effort. To lose belly fat, think positive, never lose heart, and stick with the program.
Never compare your present self to your old self. Also, do not measure your body structure to someone else. Understand your body, and work out according to your age and ability. Losing weight is not a comfortable ride as you get older. Exercise, diet, home remedies and sometimes going under the knife works.
